Shipments
All items usually shipped in 3 - 10 business days (Saturday, Sunday & Holidays not included). We are not responsible if shipment is late due to weather conditions or due to a delivering company being late to deliver the item(s). We can only approximate date of the delivery. Special orders and oversized items are subject to longer shipping out time and may have longer transit time. In the event of a shipment returned to us due to (incorrect address, no one available to receive the package and etc.) there will be a minimum of $25.00 Re-shipping FEE applied to the order.

Return, Exchange & Cancellations
No electrical or partially electrical parts can be exchanged or returned.
No exchange or returns if part was installed.
Not all parts can be returned. Parts that are not in high demand will not be taken back.
No cancellations or returns will be accepted after the order was shipped. Order will be exchanged only if it was refused by customer at the time of the delivery due to the damage of the item(s) . Once we receive the shipment back and inspect it, we will exchange the item(s). In special cases we can accept the return; restocking FEE will be applied to the order. Refund will not include shipping charge.

Damaged Shipments
It is very important to inspect your product thoroughly before accepting and signing for your merchandise. Though your box and packaging may appear intact, it is still possible that your product may be damaged. Check for both internal and external damage before accepting delivery. If you notice damage to the product, refuse the package and note the damage on the bill of lading and refuse the delivery. Please email our customer service department immediately. If damage issues arise after accepting delivery of the merchandise, you are responsible for filing all claims with the shipping company. Availability
We have hundreds of parts in stock and we work with large warehouses all over the country. Some of the parts are reserved for us at manufacturer level and will become available at the first production date of the part. If the part is on backorder due to the large demand of the part(s) customer will be notified by e-mail and it will be noted on the order.

Core Charge
Some parts may be sold by the manufacturer on a core basis. If this is the case you will be charged a "core" charge.

Core prices are included in the selling price of our parts (except VOLVO parts) on our web site.

To receive "core charge refund" - part must be shipped to carpartsestore.com to be returned to the manufacturer for core credit.

The core may only be returned for credit within the first 30 days of receipt of your order. Once your core has been verified to meet core standards and has been received by carpartsestore.com, credit will be issued against the original purchased for core only. If there is any additional "core charge" customer will be notified by e-mail before part(s) shipped.
